So frustrating when I need to spend so much time to try and get a nominal credit to work. Since Chase is saying that Lyft is responsible for administering this benefit, I reached out to Lyft via chat as that was the only way I could get to anyone there. The first rep told me to delete the card, create a business profile and add the card back. I did that and not only did I not get the $10 credit to show up but the pricing was much higher due to Dashpass and Lyft pink discounts not being applied. I deleted the business profile together with the card.
Back to the drawing board. I re-opened the chat and told them this solution didn't work. So this rep tells me that my card ending in xxxx is my personal and business card and I already got the $10 credit for it. I could not believe that I had to argue with him that this was ONLY a personal card and it's not even possible for a card to be both personal and business. I ended up sending a picture of each card with only the last 4 digits of the cards showing to prove that xxxx was
personal and the other one that had my company name and Infinite Business on the lower right was
business. Got a different rep to take over but this one was of no help either. Kept on insisting that the $10 credit was once per Lyft account even though the terms say once per card account. They sent me to the following link to prove that it's only once per Lyft account but actually ended up proving the opposite:

In the FAQs it clearly says as follows:
What if I have 2 credit-eligible Chase cards? I.e. Chase Sapphire Reserve and Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business
You may receive 1 $10 monthly credit per eligible Chase card. You must select the eligible Chase card as the payment method when booking a ride in order to apply the $10 credit for that card. For instance, you can apply your Chase Sapphire Reserve credit on an eligible ride while using your Chase Sapphire Reserve card and you can apply your Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business credit on a separate eligible ride while using your Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business card. If multiple Lyft riders use the same card, only the first cardmember to add the card to their Lyft account will receive the $10 credit. Any unused credit will expire at the end of the month.
Still waiting for a resolution

ETA: Was told the $10 credit for the business card will begin for August although I'm not going to bank on it. Not worth my time anymore to continue pursuing this, but I don't think this is fair/ right at all and have sent Chase a secure message telling them as much. Very sloppy administration of this benefit to say the least.
