Having heard about the gate reallocation at ORD on the Airshow Podcast last February, I just noticed that in the shuffle, AC loses a gate at ORD.

I know there are cutbacks to US flights, but those are likely temporary, and this change is very long term. Plus, this decision was made before the Old and the Reckless into power south of the border
Does AC get to use/rent some of the UA gates? Is there a shift/agreement for more UA metal serving Canadian cities? With frequent delays out of ORD in the afternoons this was already a little bit of a cluster with 2 gates.
