Just did two nights here at 72,000 pts/night for double occupancy. First trip to a Miraval and the drive from Boston was pretty uneventful. Valet was very helpful in bringing all the bags to the room on arrival, charging my EV in preparation for our departure, and loading the car back up before we left. The spa was the highlight of our trip - there's a nice indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs, both in the individual locker rooms and outdoors, and a really nice relaxation lounge that my wife and I affectionately referred to as our nap house. We did one 50-minute relaxation massage with part of our total $350 credit, which I thought was good but not amazing by any means. I somewhat wished I used the credit for other activities, as the other paid thing we did was the Pottery - The Way of the Wheel activity and we found that to be a good time. We did it with just one other couple and the leader of the class was quite thorough in her explanations and we had lots of fun.

Dining was fine. I didn't think it was particularly good like others have said. I thought most of the menu items were a little bland although everything was generally cooked to the right temperatures. I think service could use some work - we went to lunch exactly at 11:30 (opening time) on our last day because we had kayaking at 12 so we wanted to go in, eat quickly, and get out. They were not ready to seat us, despite an empty restaurant and all the buffet food already prepared and out in the trays. When we were seated about 10 minutes later, nobody told us about the station outside with steak/fish and we heard about it from another waiter as we were leaving.

I think one thing that is new is the integration with the golf course across the street, which is also where a lot of the paid activities (beekeeping, equine experiences, painting, etc.) happens. We were able to get clubs and a bucket of balls for the driving range for free. We also took a golf cart around the property. I think the use of the full golf course is included, but if you wanted to get a set of clubs for that, there might be a fee.

Overall, I'd come again just to get away for a weekend or visit the other Miravals. I genuinely enjoyed the activities and the spa facilities we used and would gladly use another 72k points per night. I probably would never pay cash though.
