Regular AA flyer getting a rare UA meal - got rebooked to UA with the Alaska mess in SEA. No chance to pre-order, but the on-board options were a salad with chicken, a chicken and potatoes dish, and pasta. Flight attendant said she preferred the pasta so I put that as my first choice and the chicken as my second. Looking in the app I think it was the tortellini al brodo. Pretty good. UA has a better salad game than AA but I miss my ice cream.
