I understand - basically - the new earnings rate wtih FI, but I still can't figure out if there's any way to determine whether I'm booking Economy or Economy Discount. Specifically, is an Icelandair "Economy Flex" simply economy or is it discount? Is there any way to earn 100% EQM in FI economy when not booking through AS?

(More generally, I hate the new "simplified" partner earning rates. They are so unspecific and non-transparent. Why can't they track with booking class as they used to? I realize this was never easy with FI).
