I just went on ticketmaster.com and selected 3/30 (I believe the matinee as it is a Wednesday) and when I selected "best available", got nothing back, but when I selected "Premium Seating" for $250, three seats were available, so I am surmising that "best available" means best available from the standard pool of tickets.

If you're really set on seeing that show, I would try checking for "Premium Seating" during the days you're interested in.
