Assuming the plan does not change, AA will be almost fully out of the G concourse. Considering that it is ~exactly halfway between the T2 and T3 headhouses, there is no permanent reason it needs to be considered part of T3 ...
And indeed it hasn't been historically. On Flickr, airbus777 has a map where Concourse G is listed as Terminal 2:
and another where it isn't:
And in my youth I faintly remember a time when maps showed it split down the middle between the two. Perhaps someone can corroborate?
