Stayed 2 nights because I had to visit Himeji and Kobe.

Pros

• Very close to Shinkansen gates. The North Exit of the station is relatively easy to find.
• Room Size of 30sqm/323sqft is reasonably aligned with the price.
• Has bathtub, unlike other Courtyard/Moxy/Aloft in Osaka city center.
• Excellent hot food offered by the lounge. Not crowded during cocktail hours.
• Excellent breakfast. About 33% of the selection rotates every day. Memorable coffee and hot chocolate.
• Free ice water with lemon at the lobby all the time.
• Welcoming crackers engraved with the hotel name.

Cons

• I knew that Suites are rare (only on the top floor) and I did not expect one.
  However, I paid for a High Floor rate and did not get an actual view of the West (lounge view).
  Instead, the East view of my room is a bunch of buildings and alleys with strong noisy echo.
• The walkway between the station and the hotel is uncovered. Beware of the rain.

Overall, it is a solid Courtyard that I may come back again if I need to take Shinkansen.
