I have a problem regarding a missing invoice from Brussels Airlines and wonder if anybody has any suggestion on how to proceed.
I had to make a rebooking to a return portion of a booking. The newly selected flight departed on the same day the rebooking was made. Unfortunately, I never received a receipt for the rebooking.
I completed the Brussels Airlines invoice request form but did not receive a response in the promised timeframe (5 working days). I also attempted to enter my ticket numbers into Lufthansa's instant passenger receipt download tool without success. I then contacted Brussel's customer support via the chat. They were able to email me an invoice only for the rebooking fee, but not the difference in flight price. Upon querying the latter, they asked me to again try the invoice request form. I again received no reply after completing the form.
Does anybody have any suggestions on how to proceed? I require the invoice for my employer.
Would their service centre be able to help?
