OK, it's not an upgrade to P... But maybe my personal best: crew came for a chit chat, stayed longer when they realized I was on a very special and long trip, and came back with a card to commemorate this. Turned an uninspiring intra-EU flight into something fun and joyful. Congrats KLM
I know a lot of people find these cards unnecessary, but I do think they add such a beautiful personal touch. It humanizes them. I have one that I shall never ever toss, with a very deep touching message from the KLM crew on the day that I found out that my dog passed, and was in quite the emotional shambles as a result. Their special note, was truly touching.
