Let me just add one potentially helpful remark: There are lost of flights from FRA to MUC, so you can distribute the time spent at FRA and MUC fairly freely, as long as it's all on the day of the long-haul departure in F. I would recommend to allow more time at MUC (great FCL in the sat terminal with better F&B than the FCT, a view and even an outdoor terrace).
