Claim (300 EUR for delay and 20 EUR duty of care disbursement) was approved without fuss after 5 days and the money was in my bank account 2 days later. Really impressed but it was also a pretty straight forward claim IMO.

It seems that the new compensation forms on the IB website work well and lead to reduced handling time. Similarily if/when you claim is approved you receive an email that your claim has been accepted with a link to a form to fill out with your bank account details (IBAN, swift etc).
