Agreed, but in my experience this summer, the agents guarding the lanes will try to push you to the kiosk. They really don’t want you getting into the SP agent assist line.
This was the situation in ATL two weeks ago, at Seattle last week, etc.
Seattle, for the record, is a total cluster in the mornings. DL doesn’t have enough space, kiosks, or agents. Even the bag drop was a 20 min line for SP. And the digital ID is a joke since they don’t turn on the scanners.
