it's up to you bruh. good luck earning 200k United miles versus 200k Alaska miles. Some will earn the former much more easily than others but with spend based tickets at United, I will personally pass
I know UA (and others) are spend based. I also know Alaska is headed that way as well. While it is harder to earn 200K on UA its far easier to use 200K on UA, and go places I want to go without having to go to KEV or CMN.
