Sorry if I’m being stupid, or if it’s been covered elsewhere. I’m coming to the end of a LHR-HKG venture, and am GGL. On the outbound I was issued with a BP at the FW which included both GGL and Group 1. The agent simply shrugged his shoulders. Heading back to London tomorrow and have a mobile BP which, again, says Group 1. Is this a common thing or am I being singled out for special treatment 😊
