If both the old and new times are showing then that's normal, it's just a hanging coupon and will be sorted out at some point. If there is no reference to the new times, then I'm inclined to agree with you. That email route is a snap shot onto Amadeus, so you can give it another go in a few days to see whether anything has changed, it may be just some timelag that explains all of this. QR also has a chat feature so you could ask them if it all looks good at their end. At some point you probably want to call, I think Chat has some limitations in terms of agent engagement.
