Does anyone have both the CSR and CSRB and had gotten a $10 credit from both on Lyft? I used my $10 credit from CSR at the beginning of this month. I don't use Lyft all that often but today I needed a relatively short ride in order to get to an appointment in time that was a little over $10. So I thought I'd add my new CSRB and get the $10 credit from that to pretty much cover the ride.
After I added the card I was shown a screen (and also got an email) with the benefits I'd be getting from this card including the $120 total annual credits. However, when requesting a ride with my CSRB selected as the payment method it wasn't giving me any $10 credit. Being that I was running late, I just switched to have the ride to have it charged to my United card to use that $8 credit instead.
It's now several hours later and when I try to request a ride with the CSRB it's still not giving me the $10. The terms don't say anything about not having the credit twice on the same Lyft account, only that "one $10 credit per card account may be redeemed each month". So if I get once from CSR and once from CSRB that's one per card account. Full terms from the email:
$10 Monthly Lyft Credit Up to $120 Annually for Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business Card: You or an employee/authorized user of the account, whoever adds their Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business card to the Lyft app first, will receive a $10 Lyft credit each calendar month through 9/30/2027 to use for qualifying Lyft purchases, which equals up to $120 in a 12-month period. Qualifying Lyft purchases are when the card is used for Lyft rideshare rides booked in the Lyft app and do not include membership purchases. Lyft credits can only be used on Standard, Extra Comfort, XL, Black, or Black SUV ride modes. The credit may not apply to all Lyft charges or services, for example, fees, taxes, tip, and gift card purchases are excluded. When applied to your ride, the $10 credit will apply only to the subtotal of your Lyft ride at payment. The credit will be automatically applied on eligible rides with the option to remove. The credit may not be combined with other credits or discounts available on the Lyft platform. Only one $10 credit per card account may be redeemed each month and credits unused at the end of the month will be forfeited. Lyft credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. Chase is not responsible for the provision of, or the failure to provide, Lyft benefits and services. Your Chase account must be open and not in default, and your Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business card must be included and used as the payment method within the Lyft app to receive the $10 credit each month. Using a $10 credit on a Lyft ride requires Lyft to share ride credit details with Chase to verify eligibility. PayPal or digital wallets (like Apple Pay and Google Wallet) are excluded from this offer. All Lyft products and services are subject to the Lyft Terms of Service.
