Hi,

I'm flying US - EU in a month and added all the passport, US address, ... info into the AirFrance app a couple of weeks and got a green check for "passenger information". When I checked yesterday the check turned red and asks for "Please upload a scan of your travel documents" without giving me a way to do so.
A) Is that normal or a bug?
B) If that is normal when will they give me the option to upload a scan? A couple of weeks before? During check-in?
