Bizarre scenario.

I've got a business class ticket booked through Delta -- outgoing DL flight number on DL metal and return is VS flight number on DL metal.... For the return flight - do I earn MQD based on price since it is a DL ticket and DL operated or would that be at the 30% mark because it is VS marketed.

(Being booked this way because VS marketed flight number has Z inventory left while the DL marketed number does not)
