Just finished a 3 night stay on points. There was a special during booking and I received 10k points back per night booked. I booked a deluxe King and received it. (Titanium) No upgrade available but they said they gave me the largest deluxe (108) which was pretty large and had a nice large terrace attached. We received a roll away bed (no charge).

They had Redentore which is some kind of celebration. It included fire works which we could see from our balcony. The celebration did limit restaurants and pool openings some and the shuttle to San Marco. They were charging 300-400 euro per person to participate. The pizzeria and fine dining restaurant were the only things opened outside of that.

The cost of the water taxi was 170euro and was charged to the room. Not sure what the hype was on the entrance. It was lackluster to me but still better for convenience. Our flight home was at 9am so we had to get a different water taxi (185 euro) that had to be paid to the taxi due to the time. Still arranged by the concierge.

Timing: for the shuttle it was 20-25 minutes to San Marco (once it was full when we tried to leave and they sent a water taxi for us which got there around the same time as the shuttle). Separate water taxi (paid) to Murano 20 minutes. Water taxi from airport was 30 minutes but 20 minutes to the airport probably due to time of day.

Food: breakfast is really busy especially on Sunday. There was a bit of a wait for a table and to get cappuccinos. Drinks at the pool took forever, it was 45 minutes once and it was NOT busy. We tried the pizzeria and sagra and both were mid. Pasta taste like beefaroni was my husband's description.

Tidbits: If we were only 2 people I wouldn't have stayed here. It's very inconvenient. The best thing was the adult pool. Loved the view of the city.
