OK, that's good then. The QR LHR check in forces you to hand over your bag to a bell boy, get a tag in return and then sit down and wait. Only place I've actually experienced sit down check in done well at an airport was the new JAL F HND check in because passengers numbers are so low.
Yeah, QR are over-the-top. And what’s probably worse is I always sensed someone would get in trouble if I didn’t have over the bag.
