It probably needs a telephone call to reissue or revalidate your ticket. It should be in a queue for this already (if reissuing) but it won't harm to check that this has happened. For QR there should be a priority queue since they will cancel services if BA is too late to ticket. It's then on BA to fix this but they will try to offload that responsibility if they can, unfortunately. The next key date if 48 hours before departure, you really do need a ticket number by that stage.
