Flight cancellation rebooking issue
Hi,
I booked a QR flight AMS-DOH for wife using BA Avios. Received an email yesterday from BA saying that the flight had been cancelled. So, I needed to accept the new booking on the later flight or get a refund. I accepted the new booking. However, on the Qatar App I could not choose my seat and no baggage allowance was shown.
Went on the BA app and while the booking is still live on the new schedule there is no ticket number. Is this quite easy to resolve? Thanks in advance for any advice!
