Well, if Emirates, Qatar, Etihad, etc are able to have such a menu - I really do not see why this is not possible in Malaysia, which I am sure can't be more "Islamic" to those aforementioned airlines/country? It is ironic that Qatar being one of the more restricted place outside of lounges when it comes to this type of things.
Lots of after thought on guest service in my opinion.
