We made the mistake of staying at the Mandarin. 15 minute wait to check-in. Minimal upgrade using AMEX FHR even though higher room categories showed available (tower view). Breakfast we didn’t even get to see because there was a line of 20 people to get seated. We were offered room service as an alternative - which we took. Unfortunately, there was drilling in the room above us so we ate in our room listening to a ton of banging.
Hotel felt old overall and definitely not up to MO standards. FS or the new PH next time…
