Wow! That is awful. Delta has a great marketing team making people think it is a premium airline when it in reality it is not much better than Frontier or anyone else. It seems there really isn't a purpose to gate agents anymore between airlines like Delta wanting customers to do all the work and use apps only if there is an issue. Even the few in person people left don't even want to help or greet people. Unassisstances are a great way to describe these people.
