One seat per month is not IMO reasonable availability. Currently, many routes have ZERO availability till EOS for all premium class seats at advertised rates.
Is it false advertising when AS tells you in the T&Cs they can not ensure availability? Looking for award travel at AS' EOS is an exercise in futility. Any partner release at their EOS was booked 5 weeks prior. So, it is "too soon to book for June!"

Redeeming miles for flights

Award travel space is limited and subject to certain restrictions including blackout dates and other capacity controls. Alaska Airlines cannot ensure availability of award seats on any flight, route, or date.
