Had one of the worst experience on the economy lot shuttle bus yesterday. We got out of TBIT around 4:30pm, waited for about 10-15 min for the 1st bus to arrive. It was packed already with more people trying to get on from TBIT with all the bags. There were 2 empty eco lot buses right after the 1st one and the both sped past the TBIT stop. I tried to wave them down to no avail. It was a total chaos once onboard. Everyone was pushing and shoving with their bags. The shuttle bus service has been getting worse and worse every time I use it. Is there someone at LAX who is actually accountable for this nonsense?!
