To answer my own question -- the following rows have partially blocked windows on Acela in the business cars -- 1, 3 6, 8, 11, 13, and 16. Of course, this will become irrelevant once the new Avelia trainsets are finally operational!
That said, some people may prefer not having a full window view, particularly if the sun is shining directly into the coach.
