Can I ask politely suggest the wording in post 2 below is confusing and should be tied up?

“Q2: When is it due?
A2: In case of delays, entitled to food and drink and communications arises when the delay is at least two hours for short-haul, 3 hours for medium-haul and 4 hours for long-haul.”

References to short, medium and long haul are confusing (and arguably factually incorrect, a 1600 km flight is still ‘short haul’ to me). Would be better to refer to the distance bands used elsewhere in this guide.
