Many, many places remain open in a T8, including many restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores. Several cargo flights departed the airport this morning, even after the T9 was hoisted. Also many offices (back in my working days I often went in). Much of the MTR system is still running even in a T10. Are you suggesting that all these places are breaking the law? If so, which law?

And, by the way, many cargo flights have operated as normal, including one Terra Avia flight from Dubai that just landed in the T10.
