The rumors have stated existing card holders will be converted. But whether that is accurate and under what timeline we will have to wait and see. I am with you I would much rather keep the existing benefits and yes the design if accurate is ugly as heck (not that I really care). My renewal hits in August and if I am under the new fee/benefits at that point I'll almost certainly cancel (I am guessing the conversion will be longer than that though). I am getting coupon book fatigue and I don't think PP restaurants if they remain + 4 AC passes (about all I would value on the new card) is worth chasing another coupon book. I may chase the SUB and double dip the coupon book and then cancel but 80k TYP is also not super enticing (I have plenty of TYP).
