It all makes me sad too. Especially the devaluations and the lack of "Delta Spirit" that used to permeate the attitudes of the frontline employees. I could make a long list, but we all see what's happening. ATOBTTR I feel the same as you re AA/DL.

I never thought after 5MM on DL, and as an organic Diamond every year since it's inception that I would ever have high status on another airline. Or rack up over 200K miles in a year on any airline but Delta. Much less continue to do so 2 years in a row. I totally agree with GagaPilot . Until Ed is out the door, things won't improve for customers. I still fly DL. But only if it's the best fit for the trip. And that seems to occur pretty rarely these days.
