Yes - I was in Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and Doha for a month-long trip and just came back a few days ago. Alaska’s website and app would randomly not load (how ironic when AS/HA flies to Japan but its own website won’t load reliably there). Using my cell phone with AT&T roaming usually has a higher success rate. Using VPN also tends to work. Try clearing cache in your browsers as well. Once again, it is really random.
