I'm not familiar with those hotels, but wouldn't be concerned about safety in any of those areas.

If it were me, I'd say the Southwark hotel is best located - near to the South Bank of the Thames, which is an enjoyably lively place, as well as the National Theatre, Shakespeare's Globe and Tate. You're also not far from Borough Market, another lively area for food and drink.
