I'll be following all the postings to your questions. My upcoming trips will also be in T2 and T1 in Aug/Sep. I've only been to T2 Bus Station lately, several times since the construction started so I don't have any updates on what's actually occurring inside the airport. But where all the ride shares including UBER is required to pickup passengers is at the (Lower Level Puerta 4). You can order any size from there now and there's no restrictions for them not to come.
