Connected through DFW 4 times in the past 10 days. Didn’t hear from PS on any connection. DCA continues to set the standard for hubs, imo.

I’ve also been pleasantly surprised by the service at ABQ. They also call CK very early and have us stand at the podium.

Any thoughts on DFW? Could be bad luck, staffing issues, etc.
