I made some inquiries (I'm staying here now for 3+ weeks), and September 15 is the opening date of the Thermal Wellness Centre.

Landscaping is coming along. Below is a current photo taken of the new Centre, from room 759, the 2 Bedroom Gold Lakeview Suite.

As mentioned above, I can confirm $275 as the price.
