Whether it’s assigning the correct TPs under their new “incredibly easy to understand” system, allowing you to access your existing bookings, allowing you to change a booking or assign seats, make a new booking be it flight only or holiday package, make an avios redemption or access available redemption flights; there is no leadership in the organisation that makes any of these basic functions a priority for any employee. They are used to people feeling tied-in to BA so they keep coming back.
Time will tell if the BAC changes were a master-stroke in Stockholm syndrome exploitation or a case study in the proverbial straw that breaks the camel’s back in brand destruction.
