I used to work with the e-commerce teams of several major retailers, they would go code Red if functionality went down for more than 10 mins, and that would happen very infrequently. It blows my mind that BA have such a high tolerance for down time. Corporate arrogance that our customers will come back and book when Ba.com comes back?
