It’s loosely related to this but the Sheraton Porto, Portugal will often upgrade to “Club and Spa access” rooms (normal rooms on a higher floor) but then when you go to use the swimming pool or any facilities you get told you have to pay extra, despite being on the “Club and Spa acceas” level.
