Same issue here, my moms LHR-EDI was cancelled just before boarding (due to weather) so had to call to confirm new flight which is all sorted (thank you silver line) but now not able to get her a new boarding pass. she is airside as was a connecting pax, and its been a struggle.. but if all works out she will be in Glasgow tonight on the last flight.. Hopefully I can get her a boarding pass soon
