Personally I'd say BGI for 33k + £150 is a decent enough deal if you're prepared to do that route in Y. Using the old 1p/Avio benchmark, that's £480, and I don't think I've seen a cash fare that cheap in recent times (barring perhaps a few EI flights out of MAN).

One anecdotal note though, regarding the DXB return I cancelled and rebooked last night. The original booking had a POUG offer to WTP on both legs that has not appeared on the new booking. I know reward flights are less likely to get POUGs anyway, but I wonder if these discounted flights are even less so...
