What a BIG wate of time, inefficient process/method of operating

Day 1 last week ChatGPT and Copiloted for email addresses and name of GM/Front-desk of three properties. Emailed my Concierge. Focused on on property

Day 5 got set up on Viber messenger which has Viber Out (replacement for Skype which stopped operating earlier in 2025), phoned My Concierge three times and they emailed what addresses should be . Emailed two of three properties

Day 6 My Concierge responds to my email from last week (after yesterday getting answers by phone)

Day 7 No response from two properties. Attempted to phone the one in Mexico - phone number on Hyatt.com differed from website of property and differed from phone number in "test" reservation for some random day late October , fully cancellable). Initial several calls, just ringing no answer. Finally someone answers , she put phone on desk to get Duty Mgr or Front-desk Mgr or GM ... 3+ minutes i can hear conversations in background , no one from property comes to phone and they hang-up

What a mess, 7 days for this process to get contact emails and still haven't received an email acknowledgement or response from property

by the way, email address provided by My Concierge phone and email, has not bounced back , so seems valid, but when called property for their email it was [email protected]

since when do Hyatt properties have / us an email [email protected] ?

what a big waste of loyalty member time!
