T2 sure has been kicked around a lot lately. That North (West?) side of checkin was American, Delta, Alaska, and Air Canada in the past few years. I remember when it was the UA International checkin, with roses on the 1K/Global First checkin counters, it was home of lots of happy embarkations for me. I was also wondering if UA was going to put some counters there. If I understand correctly, UA will leave T2 after the T3 rennovations are complete, so that would be another short term arrangement. Does anyone know who the long term tennants of T2 will be?
Wait, T2 will lose UA when they get their gates back in 3? That doesn't sound entirely right to me. AC is definitely staying, and seemingly WN is staying as well. DL is sticking with the C gates, and AS got WN's old gates in A (good connections for oneworld). I can't see D going to anyone else other than UA, AC, and WN. AS already moved their lounge after all.
