For multipliers, the Strata Premier seems to be the sweet spot now.

Outside the Citi Travel portal, the rumored Strata Elite only has 3x on Dining (with the limited 6x window) and 1.5x on everything else.

Whereas Strata Premier has 3x on airfare, hotels, dining, gas and EV charging, and groceries.
