Yes, pretty much it other than it was CDG-YVR that was CXL'd for certain days of the week. I will call AF eventually and see what happens. Always hoping for a fare sale but unlikely at this time given inventory. I see that AF.com is selling a code share (again on WS/WR) with a near 6 hour layover and no lounge (note: no baggage allowance offered on the proposed but CXL'd WS/WR codeshare alternative(!)) Looks like there is a 4N flight ~2 hours earlier that I can buy for a princely sum of €35 including 2 checked bag allowance. Calculation of the partial refund is going to be the sticking point.

FWIW, the outbound is YVR-VCE so would it fall under EC261?
