ExpertFlyer Voice Why did you folks, once again, release this “new” experience without addressing well-known bugs? I’ve taken the time to send in detailed bug reports (both in this FT thread as well as directly to
[email protected]) over the last several weeks. Others here have confirmed these bugs are widespread and persistent. For example:
- Many of my future “Flight Availability” saved queries result in NO data being returned in the "Available Classes" column producing an empty white box instead of fare classes and numerical availability.
- The "Results View" setting for all my "Flight Availability" saved queries is set to "Show tabbed results by date". However, this setting isn't being carried over to the new "experience" causing it to default to "Show all dates on 1 screen" for my previously saved queries.
- Recently deleted (and even some long-ago deleted) saved queries continue to appear despite having been deleted in the “old” experience.
I am UNABLE to use the new experience until these bugs are addressed meaning I’ve effectively lost access to EF the second time in the past month. Please revert to the “old” experience ASAP while you continue at least bringing the “new” experience up to par.
