I'm not sure if white wine is considered the 'proper' choice for duck - but I started the appetizers with a glass of the Chablis and happily had that re-filled for the mains too. Very tasty.
Are you referring to the 2023 Les Chanoines shown on the menu in post #903 or a different Chablis?

Will the wine list be the same in both directions between CDG and any USA airport? (I believe the menu in post #903 was from a JFK>CDG flight)
