So to close out. It went to 28/29 in the hours leading to boarding. The three were still in front of me. At flight boarding I got the upgrade and they didn’t get j or py. Go figure
Were those people present? Did they board?
One of the things PDM does is offload misconnects, etc. If I'm supposed to arrive into YYZ at 1900, and then depart at 2010, and I'm on the list for that second flight, I'll likely be at or near the top of the list. If my first flight is 75 minutes, and the system doesn't proactively offload me far in advance, it will definitely happen before upgrades are processed.
I obviously have no idea what happened here, but the list seemingly being processed out of order doesn't necessarily mean it was wrong.
